GENERAL NOTES
- All quotes provided are tentative and subject to availability and currency exchange rates at the time of booking.
- Any changes in pricing, hotels, sightseeing, or airlines due to availability or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated within 72 hours of receiving the booking amount.
- Standard hotel check-in time: 14:00–15:00 hrs | Check-out time: 11:00–12:00 hrs (subject to hotel policy).
- Hotels may request a refundable security deposit at check-in. This is at the hotel’s discretion and not included in your package price.
- All transfers are point-to-point and are not available on disposal basis unless otherwise specified.
- It is mandatory to provide PAN card and valid Passport copies for booking confirmation.
PAYMENTS & BOOKINGS
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per the terms shared by TripMonks.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of services without prior notice.
- Packages are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- For international tours, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India.
VISAS & DOCUMENTS
- Issuance or delay of visas is solely at the discretion of the respective embassies. TripMonks is not liable for any delays, rejections, or associated losses.
- In case of visa rejection or delays, the cancellation policy will apply in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A non-refundable processing fee of ₹3,000 per person will be charged in all cases.
- Cancellation 25+ days before departure: 25% of total package cost.
- Cancellation between 10–25 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
- Cancellation within 10 days of departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost.
- Non-refundable services (flights, hotel bookings, etc.) will be charged at 100% regardless of the time of cancellation.
CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
- TripMonks reserves the right to amend or reschedule the itinerary due to operational constraints, weather conditions, or any force majeure event. No refund or compensation shall be provided in such cases.
- In case of cancellation of any services due to weather or other external factors, refunds will not be processed.
RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY
- TripMonks acts as an agent between the client and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). We do not own or control these entities.
- TripMonks is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or inconvenience caused by actions or omissions of third-party vendors.
- Loss of personal belongings or delays caused by airlines, immigration authorities, or transport issues will not be the responsibility of TripMonks.
HEALTH & INSURANCE
- Guests must disclose any existing medical conditions that could affect their travel experience. TripMonks is not responsible for any claims arising from undisclosed medical issues.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged by the traveler.
- TripMonks will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from adventure activities or optional excursions undertaken during the tour.
TAXES & SURCHARGES
- City/local taxes (if any) are to be paid directly at the hotel.
- Prices are based on prevailing exchange rates. Any increase in ROE (Rate of Exchange), government taxes, fuel surcharges, or airline taxes before final payment will be borne by the traveler.
- As per government norms, a 5% or 20% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will apply to all international payments. For details, contact your TripMonks advisor.
INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
- Any service not mentioned in the package inclusions will be considered excluded and charged separately.
- Optional activities, meals, porterage, early check-in/late check-out, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
UNUSED SERVICES & REFUNDS
- No refunds will be provided for unused or unutilized services, whether voluntary or due to external constraints.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed as per vendor timelines, which may vary from 30 to 90 days.
LAW & JURISDICTION
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
- Booking a tour package implies acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
