At TripMonks, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the charges and timelines involved in case of cancellations.
Timeline for Cancellations and Charges
From Booking Date up to 30 Days Before Departure:
- Cancellation Charges: Booking amount + Visa charges + Cruise amount (if applicable)
From 30 Days to 20 Days Before Departure:
- Cancellation Charges: 50% of the total tour cost
19 Days or Less Before Departure:
- Cancellation Charges: 100% of the total tour cost
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of your cancellation request. Please note that refunds are subject to the above cancellation charges and will be credited to the original method of payment.
